i have this problem, no matter how little sleeep I've gotten the last night, how tired i feel during the day, when night comes, i just cant fall asleep! i only feel a bit tired, and when i try to sleep, i cant!! i think its anxiety, but my dad says its cause i dont get enough physical activity. which one of us is right?

If your head races at night, then anxiety is probably your best answer as to why you cannot sleep. I suggest you read a book to get your mind off of daily "stuff" that worries you. Also, if you are 21 or older, a glass of wine will help. If younger than 21, a glass of milk may help. I suggest you learn to detach from that world "out there" and slow your mind down. Then read a bit and you will naturally fall asleep. If you have more problems, consult a counselor who can help you address the issues that cause you anxiety.

I have that same problem and I get bad head aches....I take Advil PM to sleep....talk to the doc if you are going to take it for longer than 2 days though...I did
