well for two and a half weeks I've been feeling a little sick and my throat really hurts. But I just discovered today that I have these really big bumps on the back of my tongue. It's not just one or two, It's six big red bumps. I'm really afraid. Please help me!!

I have the same problem, my throat is very sore also, and I have the bumps on the back of my tongue. I read that this is normal but you may not notice them until you are sick. You should consider going to the doctor to make sure it's not strep throat. I know I might if I don't feel better.
