i am using shampoos but after some time again the same happend

Is the dandruff large flakes?oily or dry? Have you tried professional shampoos? Even if you use an otc product you must continue to use it. If it is working stick with it. Dandruff is not curable, it will not go away but you can control it with products. If consistent use,daily use of the shampoos isn't working, I would see a nutrionist. Diet can aggravate skin conditions.

Try Neutrogena T gel shampoo. If that doesn't work, see a dermatologist. Your son could have psoriasis.

It could be seborrheic dermatitis so see the doc to get it checked out.
