Hi, I am 5'9 and have recently plumped up to 223 pounds!! I've never weight this much before! In my senior year in highschool I weighed a mere 155 pounds, and it has only been 6 years! Would I really be considered a "fat girl" now?? I don't want to go to my reunion as a fatty!

i hate teas and warm milk. i dont want to take pills because i have 5 month old and need to be able to wake up if he needs me. but i'm finding it really hard to fall asleep at night which makes me exhausted during the day which again isnt good when i need to be there for my son. so i need something that'll help me relax but not make me dead to the world.

Do you believe that when you kids are sick with a cold,cough,fever,earache those kinds of illnesses that when you give them a bath they get worse? Whenever my kids are sick and take a bath they always seem to get worse any one know why? Or is it just my kids?

There have been recent smoking bans in resturants in my state (Arkansas). I'm sure this is happening everywhere. And as a non-smoker and mother of two I'm happy about it. I was just wondering how some other people were feeling about it.

Mine is in the corner of my sofa with a silk blanket and some tracksuit bottoms with (either) a tub of Dulce De Leche haagan daz ice cream or a mug of hot chocolate with cream on top, watching Sex and the City or Friends or just flicking through magazines. Its so comfortable and Im sooooo relaxed that the evening seems to go on forever. BLISS!!

Yesterday my doctor suspects I have kidney stones, which makes sense of course, but I have a couple questions about them for people who have had them....

Two days ago, all the sudden, it hurt like heck when I peed and a little blood came out....this continued through the night and through yesterday morning then it started getting better. I went to the doc last night and was negative for infections so he thought kidney stones and is running test on my blood and urine.

In the meantime I am wondering, was that it? Is it done after that? Has anyone with Kidney stones had this happen? I have no back paid or side pain or anything other than urinating pain and blood...but that has since stopped or appears that way....Im just wondering has anyone had that and then the BIG hits or am I in the clear here?????

In May I am doing a sponsored walk for Cancer research. It is a 26 mile walk for breast cancer called the Playtex Moonwalk, it is in Hyde park-London.
I am gathering my sponsorship money but i thought it might be a good idea that if people sponsored me, they could write the names of loved ones they have lost on a white jacket I would wear whilst completing the walk.

Does anyone think this is a good idea?

Hey there everybody. I am a U.S citizen (Michigan) and my insurance will not cover a certain drug I need for my Raynaud's disease. So frustrating! My doctor and I are at our wits' end! The pharmacist told me that US insurance companies are pretty much the same on this med so switching insurance companies really won't help. =( So . . . I'm looking to see if I can get if from Canada. But, I don't know how to go about it - like how to find a pharmacy, how to know what the price of the med will be, etc. I live in Detroit area so I would probably be going somewhere around Windsor. Any help or info I can get is greatly appreciated. =) Thanks everyone! =)

does anybody know how to tell when your body is dehydrated. because i went to the hospital once and they said my body is badly dehydrated. probaby because i hate drinking water so i dont drink it. i was feeling fine though. is there anyway i could tell when its dehydrated again. example : urine color???

First thing in the morning I sit down to a healthy bowl of cereal. What greets me on the cereal box? "Prevent heart disease", "Reduces risk of heart disease", "Intestinal gas may occur" etc Boy is that depressing I think I will go back to Frosted Flakes, at least I will smile!

I've had 4 nosebleeds in the past 2 months and never had a nosebleed before in my life. I have no work-related stress, eat healthy and workout on a regular basis. I'm currently 26 and am on no medications and have no alergies. Is there something wrong with me? 4 seems like a lot to get all of the sudden...
