Stupidity can be overcome by education.. The more you learn the smarter you get, & the more you know the more you can solve problems. Certain people insist not to learn.. & those remain stupid!

I've never heard the expression "Stupidity runs skin deep." I think that it has nothing to do with what's on the surface. Stupidity is definitely deep. It's your mind.

Definitely deeper, especially in the upper region of the body. Under the skull cap, that's where it runs the deepest.

that's a tough question to answer. i think it has more to do with how a person was raised. if education and learning was not/isn't stressed in the home, stupidity can definetly be a byproduct of that environment. if the parents lack education etc. the odds are so will the children..

I think it goes deeper. As my granddaddy always said,"If you don't think you're stupid, you probably are" So stupidity runs thru the veins of all who contain it.
