Hi, I am 5'9 and have recently plumped up to 223 pounds!! I've never weight this much before! In my senior year in highschool I weighed a mere 155 pounds, and it has only been 6 years! Would I really be considered a "fat girl" now?? I don't want to go to my reunion as a fatty!

Undress...stand in front of a full mirror...are you out of shape?

Different ppl have different openion about being fat.

For some anything more than slim is fat! for others those graceful curves are more appealing than the flat 6 pack abs.

So stop thinking "what people will think about me". Decide how I want ppl to see me as. Thats the only thing you can be sure about and be like that. And if you are slim, dont stop eating and torture yourself just to make you skinny and those bones to thrust out from your hips and ribs....What is a woman without curve. But that was not an excuse let me say.

Well I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 133. you're 2 inches taller than I am and weigh almost 100 lbs more. I would say you're probably a bit on the fluffy side. It's okay though, don't worry about what others feel. If you're happy and healthy, the rest of the world needs to deal with it.

Yes, it's official. Don't worry about your reunion, worry about your life. If it doesn't bother you, don't worry about it--a lot of happy people carry extra weight and are attractive. If you want to improve your appearance and health, you know that you need some exercise and diet. But the last thing that should be on your mind is what a bunch of people you haven't seen in years will think!

I would say you have some weight to lose. Start drinking water (about 64 oz/day), stop eating fast food altogether and start walking 1-2 miles per day. You should get down to your 155 pretty quickly, and you'll be healthier to boot!

It would be a very good time to watch the calorie intake and get plenty of exercise!

It wouldn't hurt to drop a few pounds. Don't get discouraged, you will grow into and appreciate whatever you are.
