Old trick but it definintley helps.

Take a large metal spoon, and rub the smooth part directly on the mark. A hickey is blood brought to the surface by suction. so as with bruises applying smooth pressure and a cold compress it ( Do not press hard for either) shoudl do the trick. Note: NOTHING is immediate.

A hicky is a cluster of broken blood vessels, much like a bruise. Vitamin E oil helps speed up recovery time for bruises so I would apply Vitamin E to the affected area. Keep in mind it still won't disappear overnight, so break out those turtle neck sweaters!

You have to wait for it to go away. If its a big one, then it'll take a couple of days or weeks. If its a small one, it won't take long. Or just cover it up with something. And put lotion on it.

Put a spoon in the freezer & then when it's cold, put it right on the hickey for about 5 min.

Put a little Ben-Gay® or Icy-Hot® on it. Any sore-muscle lotion will do, and the sooner you do it, the better.

Then stay away from the jerk who gave it to you.
