I want to quit smoking so bad. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. IAt night I get so stressed out as soon as I lay down and cry and really feel like I can quit, but right away in the morning I run to my purse for a smoke. I don't even like smoking anymore and don't understand why this is so hard for me. Instead of banning smoking in businesses why can't they just ban selling them in counties? Oh that's right-they make millions in tax money from cigarettes!

i have developed a sore throat in two-ish hours. it went from nothing a couple hours ago.. to a tickle.. to really hurting right now, and my throat feels a bit swolen.. like the inside of my throat. any ideas?

I have an issue. I have had great eyesight up until about a few months. Now i find that things are blurry at times and i have to squint sometimes to see especially far away.. Do i need glasses? what is causing this or what is it? I have an appt with eye doctor in march.

It looks kind of like a heart... but that has nothing to do with anything. okay, what I know is, it is red, smooth spots on my skin, like a permanent blush. It is on my upper thigh. It is jokingly referred to as a sharkbite, but I don't know if that is done elsewhere, or if it just a family thing. I've had them since birth, and they are apparently usually smaller, and fade by the time a person is a few years old. I would love to know what it is actually called, preferably before shorts season this year (starts in about 2-3 weeks where I live) because I am tired of people asking, and me not knowing.

One day in class i had two student who were not able to precipitate in class, one had a sprained ankle and the other one had a brace on her wrist. The two girls were friends. I walked over to the bench to keep them company, the one girls asked the other if she ate breakfast? the girl said ya, now im not going to eat lunch.. or dinner cause that was my meal. as i was listening to the conversation, the other student called her anarexcia with knowing i was there, im not really sure how to approach this student because i stopped at lunch and all she had was water. K so just a few minutes ago i got this tingling sensation in my foot like it was asleep but it wont go away, and its not like a normal tingling sensation. its like on the bottom of my toes and yeah it won't go away. Why not?

I want to hear from people that understand the effects of narcolepsy and the people I would like to hear from are those who were in the military and discharged because of it. I have been rated at 10% disabled due to narcolepsy but they havent been able to treat the problem with medication. I have been an 5 or more drugs and all at very high dose to max doses of the drug and I still feel the same. I want to hear your thoughts on what amount of disability you think a person should receive. I also started haveing narcolepsy symptoms after returning from a tour in Iraq. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
