Yes, you will still grow. My brother is 22 right now and he was shorter when he was.. I dunno around 16 then he just grew rapidly and now he's 6ft. Guys continue to grow until they are around 19-20. Girls generally stop growing at 18-19.

Yes, you can still grow plants.
Just water them everyday, but not too heavily, otherwise they drown.

depends if your male or female... but by 20/21 you're finished growing no matter what gender
