He is now on chemo. His dissability and unemployment benefits were already gone. He has two children and he and his wife are jobless. Is there any government agency that can help them eke out a living?

I don't know but my mom had cancer and she went onto a experimental drug research type of a deal and by doing that..they provided for all of her medical and in home care.
I don't recall what its called sorry but hopefully it will help get ideas rolling.
