K, so I've been drinking a lot of caffeine (mostly just coffee) for the past 1/2 year or so, especially around the holidays. I've been getting some pretty annoying headaches on and off lately, sometimes real bad. Could it be because I've cut down on my caffeine intake substantially? It's been a week and the headaches are still going strong. I was just wondering if they are caffeine headaches, how long does it take till they go away if I were to quit caffeine totally for awhile?

Also, is caffeine known to mess with the sinuses at all? They've been wacko for awhile too.

I went to the Vet yesterday with my old fat dog and they have apitite supression pills for dogs...how bout people ??? I don't want speed...Or is there to much money being made on fat people ?

I was feeling really sick because of this stomach ache i had I thought it was because of germs, so i was looking for anything that smelled like it had alcohol in it so it would clean the germs, so i drank nail polish. And now i'm feeling really dizzy, what should i do?

I took 1mg of Lunesta and it didn't help go to sleep but it left a nasty taste in my mouth every time I drank water. If I take 2mg, would the taste in my mouth be twice as strong or would it be the same cause I really need to get some rest but I don't want that nasty taste in my mouth for double the amount.

Hi

So I ordered some contact lenses from Boots a month ago and they still haven't arrived. I rang them after two weeks (given that Christmas had happened so their promise of a week was taken with a pinch of salt) and they told me they were just late and they wouldring me if any problems arose. A few days later I called again and was told that a machine had broken and the lenses would be a few more days.

Then it was that there had been an error and my order had been misplaced. Then it was the machine again. And it was always me having to call them.

So today I went in and they made me sit for 15 minutes while they looked and then told me not yet. This isn't the first time they have messed me around but this is the worst. I had to pay in advance, if I cancelled my order now could I expect any money back? Do I have any rights to a refund due to their poor customer service?

Needless to say I will be changing lens suppliers.

I have a really bad sore throat right now but I have soccer practice at 3:00 today. I have no choice but to go. How much more sick will this make me? what if I take a lot of vitamin C between now and then? what can I do to get better before then besides sleep and take medicine because I have classes now? will IB prophen work?

My brother who is now 22 years old, might have an iq of high 80s, refuse to spit when he have massive amount of phlegm. Instead he will attempt to cough til he throw up, but he would make 3 light swallow sound in between each cough.
For years, we never offer him gums cause he always swallows them instead of spitting it out. Is this some type of phobia, anyone have this problem or know someone with this problem?

I am 19, female, non-vegetarian. I drink 3 glasses of milk a day (ever since I was 5)... I am not on drugs, fags or booze.. My problem is I can sleep for 12-14 hours if nobody wakes me.

During weekdays, since I have college, somebody wakes me up to get ready.. then the university work is sooo tiring, I come bak home n sleep for 2-3 hours occasionally in the evening..

Then during holidays (weekends n study breaks) I start hibernating again.. this happens atleast twice a week..

So is anything wrong with me? or is it juz that I am too tired n catching up on the sleep I lacked during weekdays?

Can you tell me some ways I can limit my sleeping hours to 8 hrs maximum...?

Note: I sleep like a log.. Nothing really disturbs me (phone ringing, tv being on, people yelling) I can still sleep sound.. If someody wakes me up n asks me questions,, I can get up, answer it and go back to sleep without any trouble..

A day or so after I've cut my fingernails? I don't take the nail right back as I thought that may be the problem. It mostly affects my thumbs and forefingers.

The Hoyer lifter is using hydraulic system I prefer to use the AC/ DC motor drive in lifting and lowering me down. It is also convenient for I could do it all by myself especially if there is remote control.
