Apitite Supression pills for the Dog !!?

I went to the Vet yesterday with my old fat dog and they have apitite supression pills for dogs...how bout people ??? I don't want speed...Or is there to much money being made on fat people ?

I guess they do exist for humans, but are just less effective, because people eat for more for reasons than just being hungry.
