I'm still doing good. I have walked on the treadmill everyday this year so far. Go me!

Yes, I have stuck to my new years resolution. I resolved to not make any and I have stuck to it, faithfully!
I have learned a little bit in life. If I am going to resolve to do something, I am not going to limit (or put more incentive on) myself to sticking with something that I only am willing to commit to on one calendar day a year.
If it is a really worthwhile endeavor for my life, the day that I make a point to change my life in that particular area, I will not limit that to one day in a year. If I thought like that my life would still be at the emotional level of back when I was in grade school.

Sorry to hear that you failed - it happens to all of us : o ) I have failed twice before.
My New Years resolution was to stop smoking and I still haven't had a cigarette. I stopped smoking after reading Allen Carr's book "the easy way to stop smoking", and are now encouraging other smokers to read it. If you really, truly deep inside want to stop smoking, read this book.
