Doing exercises or drinking milk won't help with height, but both do wonders for your health. Have an orthopedic xray your hands. They can look and ESTIMATE how much taller you'll be--a family doc can, but I recommended an orthopedic because (A) They deal with bones all the time. (B) An orthopedic did that for me because I had a problem on the back of one of my hands. He ESTIMATED I could grow to be 5'6 or 5'7 many years ago. I wound up being 5'4 1/ 2. Not bad, I thought. Height, however, is primarily a genetic thing--passed down from your family tree. If you're normal height--truly, I don't know what you mean in relation to what I wrote regarding myself--be thankful. Think about the dwarfs.

Jumping rope won't make you taller, but that, drinking milk, and cycling, along with running, playing sports, and eating a balanced diet will make you stronger. I wouldn't worry too much about your height. You are going to be as tall as you are going to be. Sorry. My dad is 6'2" tall, my brother is 6'1" tall and my other brother is 6'5" tall. I'm only 5'113/4" tall. You are not alone in this. Look at it this way, you can go places a lot of tall people can't.

You're exceeded what you are handed. Nothing will make you develop taller. My daughter has a freind who's taller than me. I'm 5'5 and 34 yrs ancient....This woman is 12 and is almost 6 toes!!! Assume how she feels!! Don't fear about being brief. In time it will not subject to you anymore. Sorry however you'll be able to have got to study to like you for who you aren't who you wish to have to be.

I would find my peace with your height because, dude, genetics (and nutrition during your formative years) will determine your maximum height. Seeing as how your parents are relatively short, chances are you won't get much longer.
Of course, skipping rope and cycling are healthy activities so by all means continue to do them.

jumping and cycling shorten your muscles. Not that it should have any effect on your height in any noticeable way, but it does. Sports like dancing that involve a ton of stretching will lengthen muscles, so if you have your heart set on growing through sports then I would choose something like that...but i don't think either will have much of an affect on your height if at all.

Skipping rope doesn't make you taller. I doubt that drinking milk does either. It may help strengthen your bones. You are going to be as tall as your genetics say you are going to be. That's about it.

i think not. height is genetic and determined by growth hormone. I have heard that incline reversal helps. this is were you hang upside down by your feet. Also chiropractic adjustment can increase height by a few inches sometimes.
