Where can I buy a lifter for a disable person with a 12 volts reversible winch attached on it?

The Hoyer lifter is using hydraulic system I prefer to use the AC/ DC motor drive in lifting and lowering me down. It is also convenient for I could do it all by myself especially if there is remote control.
