I stopped smoking over 2 years ago now, and can honestly say it was much, much easier than I ever thought it would be. First of all, I read a book by Allan Carrs called " the easy way for women to stop smoking". I got about half way through and suddenly it hit me, everything he said actually was true and made complete sense. I carried on reading til I finished the book, all the while thinking - "blimey, ieverything he says is true! I can do this" and when I finished that was it - I quit. And believe me when I say, you don't really need willpower, or nicotine substitutes, as he makes you see smoking for what it really is. It's not a stress reliver, or a crutch of somekind. If you want to give up, give the book a try, please!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
