Pretty much, after all, babies and other young animals always seem to have huge blue eyes...

Though the eyes do change very slightly as you mature - which can account for development of such oddities as myopia and astigmatism, where the eyeball isn't a perfect sphere and the lenses don't work so well.

Yes, the eyes don`t grow by age.. This is a fact and it`s true! It is the same size since a baby is born, They do grow on a cellular level like any other part of your body, the cells divide and multiply, but very slowly. It may not grow larger but it does grow to replace old and damaged cells. The only thing which can change about our eyes as we grow is the vision and its effectivency.. Usually decreases as we grow old. But some other organs can grow while u r aging like ears and nose, And after we die, our hair and nails still can grow!

No, as we grow, they do also.

One example of this is that during teenage years the head finally finishes growing, however the eye is often the last to completely develop, and often it does that somewhat improperly.

The eye will develop, however it will often grow in length (front to back) a little more than height (top to bottom). This irregular form of the eyeball causes the centre of focus to be moved away from the retina, and hence people like me end up short sighted.

Seemingly the pupil is the only part of the body that doesn't grow.
