Yes- sneezing is very possible in your sleep, along with coughing, expelling gas, burping, etc.

I don't think it's possible. I have allergies and sneeze a lot. If I need to sneeze while I'm sleeping, it will wake me up. I've woken up in the morning and had to sneeze for an hour straight to get all the allergens and mucus whatever whatever out of my system from not sneezing for the past six or so hours. Then settles back down to normal.

Yes, you can sneeze in your sleep. It may or may not wake you up. Sneezing is an involuntary activity that does not require full consciousness.

NO - In the normal course you will no sneeze in your sleep. But if you have disturbed sleep due to Allergy symptoms, or if you have cold, or disturbed sleep, sneezing is possible. Let us see what happends when you suffer from the allergies

Many of us know the misery of allergies all too well -- the sneezing, runny nose and postnasal drip; watery, itchy eyes, ears, nose, and throat. Whether from the symptoms or the medication we use to treat them, our sleep often suffers. And reduced quality and quantity of sleep wreaks havoc on our daily functioning -- our mood, energy, concentration, performance, sexual function, ability to think and make decisions.-
