what support is there for you to change discriminatory practice?

any answers would be helpful ??

Depends what country you are in. There are boards which deal with various types of discrimination (colour, age, sex etc) Im sure they would be very supportive and give advice;

It is very difficult to change discriminatory practice especially in work environment often human resources ignore such problem until there are an outrages number of reports, and usually a person changes these practice by going out of their way and take legal matters.
