I really want to quit smoking ... but, it's hard. I know that keeping busy helps to take your mind off of your cravings.... but, I'm disabled, so I'm home all day. I am able to do minimal exercise and go for short walks but, it's hard for me to keep busy ... as it eventually catches up with me.
What, in your opinion, is the most successful (not easiest) way of quitting smoking? The patch, nicotine gum, Wellbutrin or cold turkey?
