my friends and relatives told me that washing your tired feet with water after a really long walk would give it problems, like the showing of varicose veins and severe aching.. I would just like to know if this is true..

I've never heard of that...I often shower after running or working out or standing all day, and I've not noticed any adverse effects on my feet.

There are things you can do that are good for tired feet though...

"The simple answer is a foot soak to provide relief to your feet. Essential oils are crucial in your foot soak to revitalize and relax your feet. The more common essential oils to revitalize are peppermint and eucalyptus, while the relaxing essential oils are lavender and chamomile oil. Indulge in a foot bath at least once a week, but it is best to do it once a day. "

After 10 years of struggling with all sorts of creams and pills to treat this embarrassing problem I was able to get rid of my varicose veins by using natural healing methods and alternative herbal home remedies.

Read Diane Thompson's "Varicose Veins Secrets" (also available in electronic format at: http://www.varicoseveinscure.org ). By following this guide book I was able to eradicate my varicose veins pretty fast. God bless!
