about 15 to 17 pulses for 10 sec
btw pulse rate is couted over a period of 1 min ie 60 sec
though standard says 72pulses/min is normal it varies with age, time of day, eating habits, health status, physique, lifestyle etc.
in short pulse rate of 72/min would mean 12 per 10 sec is normal but due to daily activities my pulse rate 0f 17 per 10 sec ie 104/min is not abnormal.
in fact hearing to loud music such as hard rock will increase ur pulses but for short time and thats not alarming at all
