Do you think all athletes on the same team or in the same sport are equally good? Do you think all politicians in our government are equally good?
First of all, we have to distinguish each person's definition of "good". You may think Bill Clinton was a "good" president and I make think he wasn't? It's all in our own perception.
But the bottom line is simple, there are standard ranges which have to be met in order to make it into a certain group. For example, you have to be decent enough to play a sport and make the team. You may be below a better player, but good enough to make the team. Doctors have to be good enough to pass the medical exam. Medical exams also have a range of criteria. Therefore, one doctor could just make it with a low percentage while another doctor would pass with 100% correct. Does this make that doctor better? It depends, but I would say it makes him more knowledgeable. But does all that knowledge make a doctor a better doctor than the one who scored with a lower grade? Again, it depends on your perception. What if the high scoring doctor was mean or arogant and not a people person while the other doctor was a very friendly down to earth person who everyone liked.? Does that make him a good doctor?
The bottom line is simple, perceptions vary and if you think your doctor, your favorite athlete, your coach, your clergyman, etc is good enough for you, then that's all that matters.

If you mean do they stock the same things, some are really reliable and dependable for the essentials (ie: cotton, band aids, gauze, etc.). These same people will usually give you a sample or two along the way to help on the cost of your medications. Others---you wonder if they have to go via camel to get their stuff.
