...7 months ago! I'm dead proud of myself & I feel confident that I wont start again. The only problem is the amount of weight i have put on, about 20 pounds! I find myself constantly snacking & cant seem to stop myself. I try & eat healthy & i have also joined a gym. But how can i stop myself having the urge to snack?
It's really getting me down as I have always been a healthy weight without having to think about what I eat... now its the only thing i think about!

Ok lets see, My wife take me out to eat @ times ,but its getting old. all places in town DOES have wheelchair ramps. But why do they put them around back by the trash dump. Do they want people to smell the grease off the wheels to cover the smell inside?

one and a half years back i got muscle twitches and then depression ,the Dr prescribed me nexito(escitalopram)10 mg and lonazep (clonazepam)0.25 , i took NEXITO 10mg once a day 7.7.05 to7.2.06

NEXITO 5 mg once a day 7.2.06 to7.6.06

NEXITO 2.5 mg once a day 7.6.06 to 21.6.06 then stopped.

LONAZEP MD 0.25 twice a day 7.7.05 to 20.11.05 then stopped

LONAZEP MD 0.25 half twice a day 17.3.06 to10.5.06

LONAZEP MD 0.25 half at night 11.5.06 till 15..8.06

LONAZEP MD 0.25 one fourth 16.8.06 till 24.9.06 then stopped,i still have muscle twitches sometimes
,i dont have any depression now i sleep ,eat well, the only problem i have is a sudden pain in the head and sometimes in the leg which lasts for a few seconds,there's also a strange sensation in my teeth could it be a withdrawal symptom of the medicenes i had

hi i've been off school for over a week with flu/cold like symtoms. I'm a ment to be going on a school trip on Friday to belgium. I have to get up at 3am and don't get back till 11pm that night. I've been trying everything to get better as i don't want to miss it as i've paid a lot of money and i booked it nearly 6 months ago! I have major headachs, coughs, sneezes, shaking, cold and head cold. i've been taking vitamin c in through oranges, orange juice and vit. c tablets. Is there anything else i can do to get better by Friday? Please help= (

How long do you have to be in contact with carbon monoxide before you die? I am researching this for my latest novel and my characters are exposed to carbon monoxide in a locked room - how long would it take for the carbon monoxide to be fatal for the characters (in minutes) ? a few weeks ago I started noticing that my eyes kept the image of light in them really easily. Hard to explain,,, yo uknow when you get a photo taken and the flash stays there... Well this happens with things that arent particuarly bright, say a traffic signal...

Now im experiencing almost constant trailers.... And im seeing very small dots of colour in my vision when its dark, like specs, not light as such...no flashes.... kinda got a very faint red line accross my vision in the morning....

please advise...

I have already gone to NHS but it no use as it comes and goes, i love a lot of things beacuse of this i cant have any thing such as Coffee, beer and other drinks. even i left cigrattes i am vey much concerned about this thing. i drink a lot of yogrut drinks and quiet ofen i eat bananas, please help me out.

Hi there

My nana died yesterday and I was devastated. I heard the news from my mam while I was at work and broke down and had to go home, but all I did was think about it and my thoughts just went round in circles and I felt sick and guilty, so I decided that it probably wasn't a good idea and came into work. I'm not crying anymore, just kind of numb and sickly. Everyone seems so surprised that I came in but I just want to be around my colleagues and keep busy. I've never really experienced a death before (my other grandparents died when I was very young) and I feel like I'm not upset enough... is this normal?
