Just eat breakfast for sure and stay away from any more caffeine or other stimulants. Get through your day , yawns and grumpy, and then when your day is done and you go home crash out right away. It'll probably be the best sleep you've had in a while. Good luck.

Let's see, Monday I crashed at 9:45pm, woke up at 11:30pm. I layed there, dozed, got up by 2am. Went for a walk at 3:30am. Drove to the store to buy groceries for baking at 4am. Lay down from 7am till 2pm. Got up, watched some tv, baked some cookies, made supper, watched some more tv, did some crafts, got on the computer, and here I sit at 4am, 14 hrs later.
I CAN'T SLEEP EITHER!!! We are in for doom!! I have to go to work tomorrow too! Guess it is going to be one of those caffeine days! Good luck!

Suck it up!!!! And lay off the caffeine tonight. People do things and then they want a quick fix. Well there are no quick fixes. Try treating your body a little better.

I never sleep anymore with a three month old. What gets me thru each and everyday is I tell myself, "I will sleep again someday, I have to. If I don't, I won't survive."
So as you drink lots of cafinated tea, coffee, etc, tell yourself, I will get to sleep as soon as I get home.
Works for me.
Good luck and sweet dreams (eventually)
