Ok lets see, My wife take me out to eat @ times ,but its getting old. all places in town DOES have wheelchair ramps. But why do they put them around back by the trash dump. Do they want people to smell the grease off the wheels to cover the smell inside?

I can understand your frustration at having to go to the back of the building. The problem is that until the Americans with Disabilities Act, there were very few accommodations for wheel chairs. Afterward, all the ramps were retrofitted, and placed at the most accessible area of a building. In many cases the ramp would start at some distance from the main entrance and at times lead into a side entrance, of the building. Newer buildings will in general have ramps that lead to the main entrance, as they are configured in by the architect
