Absolutely not. There are strict EPA regulations for every type of waste disposal. You should try to find out what the ones for oil are. These drums may not be immediately harmful to the environment but in a few years the drums will deteriorate and the oil will contaminate the soil. This could cause all kinds of damage including ground-water contamination. If you want to avoid that as well as keep yourself out of trouble with the EPA, you might want to talk to someone who knows more about waste disposal. Depending on the type of the oil, you could try to talk to people at an auto shop, or a restaurant, or some type of establishment that deals with the same type of oil you have. Since they have to handle their waste properly, they would know what to do (especially large estabilishments) and might even get rid of them for you. If you don't know where to start, call the EPA directly or try to find the answers on their website. I believe they have a direct line. I hope that helps.

That's a really bad idea. If caught you could be fined and go to jail.
There are company's out there who will purchase oil from you or there are places that will take it and recycle it.
Hope this helps.
