I am 17, I have never been to the doctor for leg fractures, but when I walk fast or jump I have lots of pains in the middle of the shin, that I can't do exercise anymore more. i am 173cm tall and 65kg in weight. I am normal in weight. what could this be? I have not had knocks in it recently. it was always like that this whole year (I increased 5 kg this year, i was 60kg before). why is it painful?

I have read that St. John's Wort helps treat mild depression, as does Ginseng, Sam-E, and Ginko Biloba. Does anyone know if any of these can be combined for maximum affectiveness? Also, do any of these work on libido? Thank you for your feedback!

Over my life I've always used a bath rug in my bathroom in front of the toilet. My wife is convinced its the worst idea in the world because they attract germs and urine. I don't like to see the mess that can gather in front of the toilet when there is no rug there. I've also had roommates in the past ask that we (men) sit down to pee in order to prevent the need for the rug because they thought it was bad for our health. Anyway, I think the whole thing is weird and I want the real truth. If they are bad, then why is every store in America selling them like hotcakes? If they are good, why are people like my wife and old roommates complaining about them? Whats the real truth behind both arguments?

whenever i try something unfamiliar or go on a date
or do stuff that usually makes people nervous i get like
a nervous twitch kinda thing happening. and it always screws up
everything, is there some kind of medicine or something i can eat or drink that will keep me calm or at least not twitchy and super shakey.

My base temp is between 95.5 & 97.2 F. Whie sick I woke up with fever like symptoms and a body temp of 93.6. I checked twice to be sure and recieved the same result using a digital thermometer. after about an hour my temp went up to 98.3.

Occasionally maybe once a month when I drink something like water, juice or pop, I get this hard painful lump in my throat or whatever it is that feels like something is stuck and it won't go away for more than an hour. I checked with an ENT doctor they didn't find anything wrong(checked when the lump wasn't there)

No, I am not making this up and no I'm not imagining it(I don't have a good imagination).

I drink alcohol 3-4 times a month and usually consume 6-8 beers on each occasion. I wanted to know if there was anything I could do or take (supplements, food, etc) to prevent liver damage and cirrhosis. I don't want to stop drinking because I enjoy it and I don't believe I abuse it. But I also realize that drinking can cause problems down the road. Anything I can do to prevent liver cirrhosis or damage without stopping drinking altogether?

I really would like to donate blood, but I am extemely squimish.
I've had blood taken before for a few tests and afterwards I nearly fainted, and it was only like 2 tubes!
How can I stick threw having a few pints or so of blood taken out with out passing out or freaking out?

When I went to a dermotologists to remove a brown spot on my nose, I had to do it twice and it is still not removed formally. What is it with these doctors and making money? Can't you do your job correctly atleast than only making money like a rich capitalist? Can't you tell the difference between work and cash factory? Why are these bastards like this!?

Hi, I am having problems with my contacts first time in 3 years. My right eye is red, watery, pain (like smth stuck inside) and blur all the time. ppl think that i am crying lol....anyway...It happened 3 days ago, and going to see Doc soon. But I am worried if that is smth serious....Even when I take them off my right eye pain for an hour and maybe two, followed by headache. any Ideas???

I could be randomly drug tested at any time for my job. I don't smoke but there was so much goin on that i'm afraid that some got into my system this was last weekend.
