When I went to a dermotologists to remove a brown spot on my nose, I had to do it twice and it is still not removed formally. What is it with these doctors and making money? Can't you do your job correctly atleast than only making money like a rich capitalist? Can't you tell the difference between work and cash factory? Why are these bastards like this!?

I agree... sort of.

When I go to a doctor, they seldom help me, and rarely have answers for me. They spend a minimum amount of time with you, jump to quick conclusions, are judgmental, and often rude. And they they wonder why so many people choose not to go to a doctor or look for alternatives.

However, I have had a few great doctors and I don't think medicine generally a scam. I think the way the American medical systems works today, with HMOs, Insurance demands, and Malpractice Insurance, it puts doctors in a tough position.

First, you should do your research to assure that you are finding the best dermotologist for your specific problem

2nd, depending upon what the brown spot actually IS, it will most likely take more than 2 or 3 sessions depending upon what the spot is, what type of laser they are using, your skin and your exposure to the sun during the treatments

There is nothing that is a one shot cure for skin issues

Cool it. I am sure it was explained to you why it takes a couple of visits......so that you actually have a nose left. If they try to remove the entire spot all at once, it will damage the healthy tissue underneath. So you have to have some healing time between treatments.

If you don't want it removed, then don't go back. You'll only be hurting yourself--not them.
