Set yourself a limit like you do with everything else. Give yourself 2 hours for tv, 1 hour for Xbox and definitely a time to shut it all down and just stick to it. Remember its all yours and it will be there tomorrow.

Daily exercise - cardio in the morning or early afternoon, not too late at night. Later in the evening try some stretching. Drink warm water and pick up a book instead of the remote.

wow you hit on somthing that is driving me to madness. I hit my kid the other day because I am so tense from the xbox . I got up this morning and got my baseball bat and took in in yard and smashed it beyond recognition . I believe this is happening all over america it is an epedemic and im scared . I want all of it everything to go back to normal Next will be my computer

Take a over the counter sleeping pill bout 2 hours before u normally go to bed. after a week you wont need the sleeping pills
