listen to your heart &, lungs, abdominal, eyes, ears, nose, throat, mouth assessment, bones (ie: spine, ribs), lymph nodes, pulses, muscle strength/weakness & movement (for equality), neuro, skin, activity, nutrition, family history, etc. And the normal, temperature, blood pressure, respiratory rate, heart rate, height, weight. It's good to get a full physical, even if you don't have problems now so that your doctor can establish a baseline of information to compare with in case you were to develop problems in the future.

I think that it depends what doctor you go to, or what their technique is. My doctor usually takes ur vital signs and temperature, then they do the usual questions and tests. In some cases they might even decide to draw blood and tell you to go get some x-rays just to make sure that everything is as good as it should be
