i am 13 and my 14 year old friend smokes she dosen't smoke all the time just when she is in a bad mood i wanna smoke but i know if i want to die i might as well stick my head in a smock stack what should i do she is so awsome and i don't want to be mean and she said she will never make me smoke

I'm a registered nurse in a Long Term Care facility, so I wash my hands hundreds of times a day. I take vitamins. I take care of myself. I don't smoke. But I seem to catch every cold that comes along. What's wrong with my immune system, and is there anything else I can do?

okay so 3 days ago i was walking around my kitchen baking a cake.. i happend to step on somethign my mom said it was glass.. since she dropped a glass cup on the floor.. n it was really tiny.. so i tried removing it from my foot but it just went in deeper and deeper.. now i cant reach it n around it its turning like pink-ish purple -ish and it hurts everytime i walk.. n it feels like my bone is super weak n it hurts like crazy! idk if i should go get it checked i mean i told my bf n my mom n they said its no big deal.. but it hurts :[ n i cant get it out.. what shud i doo ??

Please don't tell me how Kegels are done, as I am aware of this. I am working on a case study and need to describe how to perform "Beyond Kegels". So far after searching online, the only thing I have found is that the exercise incorporates internal rotation of one hip and external rotation of the other hip. Can anyone add anything to this? Thanks!

Left Kings eye department on Aug 8th having been told that the consultat was going to register me as partally sighted. It gets quite dangerous sometimes when I am out as I dont always see things easily if the light is wrong. I am told that the Governmeent is involved.

i can`t fall asleep at night , i lie awake all night tossing and turning and can`t fall alseep.

i have tried counting sheep, watching tv, and staring at the celling.

any ideas to help me sleep.
