Try going to a chiropractor. After a few visits, you will be able to sleep much better. It used to take me an hour or more to fall asleep, but since I have been going to a chiropractor, I fall asleep almost instantly. Doctors will try to prescribe a drug that you have to take the rest of your life, but this does it naturally. And many of the aches and pains in your life will disappear too.

You are suffering from insomnia, the causes can be diagnosed by a specialist doctor.Consult him and undergo treatment..Search for questions on insomnia and you can know the opinion of people on various matters connected with insomnia and the treatment.Worrying of not getting sleep also make you feel tired in the morning apart from lack of sleep in the night.

I have the same problem. It can be caused by several things. Maybe stress? mine is because of anxiety. Try to find something to help you relax before you go to bed & when you go to bed you should be able to sleep.
