Today I was diagnosed with a left-sided synovial cyst. I've been referred to a Surgeon (appointment not until October 2nd). Has anyone had a synovial cyst and if so, what method of treatment were you administered? Since I've been referred to a Surgeon for a consultation, I believe that surgery is in the future for me. Has anyone had surgery for a synovial cyst? If so, can you describe to me what I can and should expect?

Thanking you all in advance and I apologize if my question totally doesn't even make sense, but I'm scared of surgery, especially on my back because I'm afraid of never walking again.

My smile has never been symmetrical, because one side of my jaw is a little bigger than the other, but it is not very noticeable. I am very pretty, but since my denstist told me this 3 years ago I can't help but noticing it when I look in the mirror, or in a photo. This surgery can change your face a little bit and I'm afraid I will not be as pretty or not like the way I look. Has anyone done something similar? what should i do? (don't tell me i should love myself for who i am and bla bla bla... i know that, but it's kind of my insecurity)

I know this sounds weird, but I want to get the hiccups during class. It works perfectly for a distraction because no one knows your doing it on purpose. Please give me ideas that i can use during class.

55 year old man clearly has a big beer belly. Every other area of the body is normal in appearance (little fat). Has any man (or woman?) had liposuction done for a beer belly? Did it work? my 2 yr old holds in her bowel movements. I've tried everything from stool softeners, laxitives, juice, sapasitories, and even enimas. nothing works. the enimas do, but she holds it in for so long, and by the time she cant hold it anymore, she will vomit when she has her bm. It gets so bad her breath will smell like her bm's do. I'm afraid she is doing so much damage. I have took her to doc's, and all they do is say min. oil, stool softeners, and juice. I dont know what else to do, I heard I can cause damage if I keep giving her the enimas, but if I dont, it will cause damage. All I can do now is sit and cry, I'm lost. I dont have insurance, or medicade, so I need to know what I can get her over the counter. I give her the enimas every 7 days. And when she does go, it's huge. It's so sad when I see her force herself not to go poopy. She squeezes her checks. And will run and hide. This is not normal, Please help

If the blood is blue and you draw blood sample from veins or arteries....exactly how much oxygen in ratio to the amount of blood for it to turn red? Seems to me, Ive drawn blood before and there doesnt appear to be much oxygen involved in the process.

I mean its sooooo gross! If I'm interested in someone and I find out that they smoke I don’t care how good they look or how funny they are I am not getting involved with smoker. Smoking makes your breath stink really bad no matter what you do, and it makes your teeth yellow! Not only that but when you kiss a smoker it tastes like ****! I mean with all the advertising how smoking causes cancer and all of the shifty practices by big tobacco.. why would anyone even think about starting to smoke?

Hye, i'm 25 and i'm still single (virgin).I never had any intimate relationships b4 as i believe that it shud only be done with someone I truly love and I havent' found such a person in my life yet.MY problem is that, every night, I can't sleep in a normal way, meaning, i can't just lie on the bed, close my eyes and just sleep or read a book and thn knock off.I have this problem wherby i hav to Masterbate every time b4 i go to sleep.Sumtimes i feel drained out of energy each night when I do this repeatedly but I can only sleep after I do this act.Once i tried to avoid M'bating but it only resulted in me not sleeping for 2 nights.Is there sumthing wrong with me?I did go thru major depression 1 year back and now i'm doing meditation and mind calming but the night sleep activity has stil not left me yet.I feel like I'm not capable of sleeping in a normal way.Please help me and i hope i did not ask sumthing tht's too "obscene".I m having this problem and i'd like a solution as i feel shy.
