I know possession, sale of, and buying of drugs is illegal.
But is the sale and possession of the seeds of weed or drugs like it illegal?

Hemp seeds are not illegal until it is proven that the seed will produce THC producing plants.
Hemp is grown all over the US for cloth fiber and the seeds are available at most nursery websites.
Pot seeds are legal to own but not legal to buy sell or grow....weird loophole in the law designed to protect the fiber growers as the seeds are identical until they are grown to maturity.
It is also illegal to order seeds from another country such as Holland with the intent to grow but it is not illegal for a dealer in Holland to send them to you.
Coke can also be grown from a seed but they are very hard to get....very hard to grow....and require extensive processing to obtain the drug. Coca-Cola is the nation's largest producer of cocain for medical uses. I wonder how much disappears from the factories each year?

Wow what is with all of these anti-drug people??? I say hey who cares if its illegal! If its what you like then do it!! And yes possession of seeds is illegal!

I think it might be legal if it is totally sterilized so it will never grow - say by radiation or some other way. They used to sell hemp seed in bird food.
