have you had a sleep test? Maybe you think you are getting enough sleep but you are not. You might be tossing and turning and not sleeping soundly. You might be sleeping to much. There are some tests that can be done to see exactly how many hours you are actually getting of sleep. Then you will know for sure how many hours you are sleeping. You might also want to speak to your Dr and let them know you are not getting enough rest. See what they suggest. Stay away from soda and caffeine before you go to bed. Do not watch TV while in bed. Good luck

They thought it grew to become into the flu. Then they did some exams while i'm going to nevertheless feeling drained after 2-3 weeks and located the mono. There may well be numerous motives yet i might get it regarded at. i understand to this point as mono is in contact, you're sooo drained all you want to do is sleep. in spite of if it must be something distinctive. in case you have mono, you're able to be able to desire to relax and stay in mattress and drink fluids etc. I had a severe fever although and in case you do no longer, it in all probability isn't mono. that's a parasite or you're in simple terms anemic. visit the doctor.
