its a chain being involved in school actually helps increase so playing football you want to be stronger and so lifting weights helps and if your talking about gym as a class teach people how to work as a team in a fun way and help teach about fat cause as americans we have alot of lazy fat people

regular exercise is essential for good health. also, by moving the blood and "energy" through the body, instead of allowing it to stagnate as happens with non-exercisers, your brain is more oxygenated helping you to think more clearly and intelligently. and,if you add meditation to your daily routine as well, you'll be amazed at the positive changes to all aspects of your life, pretty quickly. ;-)

It's supposed to give them the tools to develop healthy eating and exercise habits. All it ever did for me was make me angry and embarassed.
