For a week now my nose feels stuffy, and everytime I clean it the 'bits' have blood on it. Can I do something for this to go away? Or is it the cold weather?

I've tried them all - cold turkey, Zyban, patch, hypnosis, accupuncture. I know most of it is psycological and I have to actually TRY to quit. My Dr. claims Chantrix will work.

Just read (http://healthandfitness.sympatico.msn.ca) that certain ADHD drugs can cause "agitation and hallucinations in children". I have been saying this for years (as I was a child with ADHD and was put on a number of drugs)- don't give kids drugs that are going to mess with inner working of their minds. This will always lead to problems!!! FYI- , "...Health Canada advised Canadians not to use Strattera, Dexedrine, Ritalin, Ritalin SR, Concerta, Attenade, Biphentin and Adderall XR if they have moderate to severe high blood pressure, heart disease or abnormalities, hardened arteries or an overactive thyroid gland."

Have you had a problem eating certain foods? I had mine out 3 years ago and haven't been able to eat real eggs since.

Also I know the gall bladder is what filters the fat out of your foods, I found that out a little too late after I got fat, what are some good foods to eat now.

1) How often do you clean your toilet?
2) Can you wash pastel colours with bright colours or would they be better in a white wash?
3) How do you keep towels soft, they seem to get very rough in the wash?
4) In hotel, sometimes they suggest you reuse your bath towel because it is better for the environment, is this hygenic and how often can you reuse them without washing them?
Sorry, I just want to check!

I have these glasses that as of this morning wore very infrequently because they are hard to get used to. Reading the paper was terrible this morning and I should wear them. It is just hard to keep looking up and down through them at near and far items.

I've had diabetes for 8 years and i've always injected my insulin in the subcutaneous tissue of my abdomen. Repeated insulin injections at the same site causes fat build-up, called 'lipohypertrophy'; i am now stuck with a tube-like roll of fat on my abdomen and i have no idea what to do about it. i exercise and eat relatively healthily.
