You are tired from taking care of a one year old....youre tired cuz your hormones are trying to get back to normal and you could be tired from reasons we dont know. Stay away from energy drinks. They are bad for you.

Start taking a high potency vitamen, like your prenatal vitamens, this will help ALOT. Youre proble deficient in a few things, which is normal for a new mother.

Stay away from antibiotics....it would take forever to explain that, but being a woman, antibiotics, if taken too many can ruin your health, Im living proof. Itll cause fatigue along with alot of other things. The vitamen is the best thing you can do right now, and take one with each meal. I realize that sounds like alot, but its not. You need that much to build your system back up. Its the B vitamens you need so desperately right now.

I hope you get to feeling more awake!

it's new mother syndrome. Having a one year old is exhausting. You could be a little depressed too. Watch out for the signs. Postpartum depression can manifest itself within the first TWO years old after giving birth...it doesn't have to be right after birth.

If its not depression, you could be a little anemic. Get a blood test. You could have mono and not even know it. That happened to me. Add some iron to your diet with some vitamins. Some B12 vitamins can help too. That's what I do. I have an 18 month old.

You probably either have an iron deficiency, or a lack of B vitamins. You can get a great B-complex at any health food store (Vitamin world, etc). Try a B-150. This has 150 mg of each of the B Vitamins. Don't worry, they are all water soluable, so whatever your body dosen't use will be flushed out regardless.

Get a physical from a MD to rule out physical problems first
if not physical- see a Psychiatrist to rule out depression

Good Luck

Maybe you need to see your Dr. CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), Mono, low iron and a lot of other things could cause this. This fatigue is trying to tell you something!

Go see your Dr!

My advice would be to take a daily multiple vitamin plus minerals, as I have found it helps me personally.

Please go see a doctor. That's the only way you will know for sure.

It may be something like diabetes or one of the newer disorders associated with exhaustion.

its called fatigue brought on by mental or physically drained. if youre sleeping good and resting. I would say talk to your dr. it could be depression. my daughter suffers with this. she is bi-polar and mental fatigue comes with it.
