Ok, here is something to pick your brains about. I have not had real sugar for some time, and yesterday (and yes, today) gave in and had some dissert with real sugar. My hands are tingling. Does anyone else's to this? I had it happen about a month ago, when I accidentally had some food with sugar in it (was eating at someone's house and they added sugar to something that normally does not have sugar) also. Both times I have had sugar, my hands tingle, almost like buzzing. (if you were holding a bee in your hand and it was buzzing) Or if you have ever held like a sander for a long time and the tingling/buzzing feeling in your hands afterwards. Any one know why it does it? My blood glucose is not at all like it used to be and really is not high. Like mid 100 (at the most). Heck, for years it was upper 200's to lower 300's.

I understand that approx. .1% have genuine medical conditions however the other 99.9% get there by choice. Why should that be promoted or accepted by society. I'm not asking for Nicole Richie anorexia, just that people be within the healthy weight range recommended by thier health care professional. Am I wrong?

serious answers only...

alright, to start it off, i had my navel pierce about 10-11 days ago. Initially, it was excellent, no redness and no swelling, nothing. however i notice my top ball area is bit red this few days. It's not painful and not puss whatsoever. It's painful when i accidentally brush onto it....
is this normal? is it rejecting? oh gawd pls not rejecting cause I love it to bits..

thanks

p/s - i use antiseptic cream cause thats what my piercee recommend...in my country, seldom ppl use sea salt cause mainly it's really hard to get. most ppl either use antiseptic cream or saline solution

To tell you the truth, I eat Spinach all the time because it is said to help with my psoriasis, which is an autoimmune disorder in the skin.

I'm sure that their are good recipes for the use of spinach, but I just boil it plain with no salt or anything and eat it like if it were medicine.

I don't put salt or anything else in it to keep it even healthier and more pure.

I heard about the epidemic with e-coli on about Last Monday or Tuesday. Even though I heard about the epidemic, I still bought some frozen Spinach in a bag and I'm about to eat some tonight.

I figure, that their are thousands, if not millions of buyers of Spinach who ate the stuff, so 150 out of thousands or millions is a small ratio.

I would have better luck winning thousands or hundreds of thousand dollars gambling in one night than to contact e-coli from Spinach.

Unless their are only hundreds of people who ate Spinach in the whole USA, then the chances of getting sick are high.

I have had muscle pain for well over three years now, mostly in my neck, shoulders, and back. It is every day, every morning, every evening. Some days I feel like crying. I feel it all over my body in a lesser degree also. It causes great stiffness and pain.
Is there anyone out there who has this and have you found out what it is????
I have been to doctors but no one seems to want to help me. They don't address the problem at all.
Along with the muscle pain is headaches and great fatigue.
Some dizziness, some palpitations, shortness of breath.
Thank you for your time.

I am 39 years old. Mother of 3. Stressful life. There is no way to cut out any of my things.

If say..someone hit you over the head, rendering you unconscious but instead of falling to the floor you fall into a bath of water for example. Would your body fight breathing in the water as it would do if you were conscious? Or would you just lie there quietly sucking down the water until you drowned?

It's a disgustingly dangerous, expensive habit. If you know that a product is addictive and is killing you and the tobacco industry is laughing all the way to the bank (at your expense and health), why do you pay for it?
