All depends on your body type and digestive system... you can eating more fats and carbs (lots of italien food or caribbean), but your best bet is to check your campus dietition for a free consultation if you attend a university or your own private doctor. Also you can eat protein bars and drink protein shakes... lots of them.. good luck!
And if it doesn't work just work with what you've got and wait til your older you'll put weight on then.

settle down in front of a nice, whole cheesecake, and don't get up until it's gone.....do that for a few days and you'll be amazed at how (unhealthily) you will gain weight. seriously, especially if you are young, let your body and appetite dictate where you are weight wise. it's more important to concentrate on good and proper nutrition than it is to be overly concerned with body weight. just eat balanced meals and your body will take what it needs.

hi, i use to be like that but after i had a baby i gained weight, but i was taking celatin its a protein shake its good and you can work out with it you also gain muscle so it doesnt look like you just gained fat. But exerise it works.

Do you smoke ifso quit. then you will gain weight. When i quit i weighed 158 now i weigh 212.
