You are lactose intolerant. You have several options.
1) Purchase Lactaid or Dairy Ease instead of regular milk
2) Take a lactase enzyme pill each time you want to have milk
3) Buy regular milk and add lactase enzyme drops
The most common name brand for the pills and the drops is Lactaid, but usually the store brands are located right next to them and are the same thing at a cheaper price. I even know a grocery store, Albertson's, which has its own lactose free milk.

Try SOY milk instead! Sometimes the first sign to lactose intolerance is gas.

You're probably lactose-intolerant, like lots of other people. You might want to try avoiding milk products altogether.

there are products at any health food store or pharmacy or through MD if you have lactose intolerance.
if you have allergy you must avoid.
you can also get 1000 milligrams men need per day from very inexpensive calcium carbonate pills.
avoid overpay for the fancy stuff .

you might be lactose intolerant- try some Lactaid, ask a pharmacist if you have questions. you sound like you are asian or middle eastern, those backgrounds tend to have very high rates of lactose intolerance, i think its about 80% so this is very likely your problem
