As far as I know, there are no exercises to actually increase height, but, as said, good posture helps you seem taller. Also, to repeat another post, yoga does help in a way. You feel a lot taller and more relaxed. A good yoga pose is the mountain pose, Tadasana.

If you eat right and exercise, your body will be more likely to grow to it's best potential...however I know of no exercises to actually increase your height...poor nutrition and poor posture can keep you from being as tall as you might be, but I don't think you can become taller than your genes are programmed to make you...

Buy a medieval rack and stretch yourself nightly. You will be a full 2 inches by morning, but swill return to your natural height shortly after standing up. High-heeled shoes may help, but not with your obvious lack of self-esteem.
