bench 50 lbs 10 times, curl 20 lbs 20 times, fly 20 lbs 20 times, tri exten. 20 times, run 3.4 miles. 50 sit ups. i dont do all in the same day haha i would be sick if i did :D

LMFAO I DONT LIFT WEIGHTS BUT I DO GO FOR A WALK EVERY NOW AND THEN LOL! IF YOU DO (LIFT WEIGHTS) ID SAY 1 TIME A DAY FOR MAYBE 15 MINUTES BUT IM NOT A DOCTOR SO GOOD LUCK!
