My 8yr son has A.d.h.d. I hate seeing him look like he has just smoked marijuana all the time. I just took him off his medication but got a letterfrom his school complaining about his attention and behaviour. I want to hear from parents who are going through the same thing, and whether there is an alernative to medication. Like a diet or something. The doctors only want to medicate him. I would appreciate serious answers only please. Sorry about the length of this question.

I recently had a wisdom tooth pulled, Before I had it pulled I was starting to have hearing loss on the same side as the tooth. Since I have had it pulled it has gotten to where I can't hear hardly anything on that side. Can someone please explain to me what is going on.

if you know me in real life you would beleive that my life is like horrible everything happens to me it seems like and me only. I've had problems in the past with being stressed causing me to have problems with my ears, I had earaches and dizziness that couldn't be explained. Now that I'm stressed again it's causing me to have prolonged postpartum bleeding and more dizziness. The problem is I'm stressed because I want to lose weight and I can't exercise to lose the weight because I'm still having postpartum bleeding because of the stress. How can I get the stress to go away so everything can get better?

I've had a headache thats lasted all day. Its not my whole head, its just the front-left side, and its only when I move kinda-fast or swallow food or drink, and when its bright (light sensitive).

Your gahl bladder acts like a striner for your liver. In some cases people have to get there's removed. So, is it harder for people to loose weight? Does that fat go directly to your liver?

My closed fist got slammed into a concret wall. (accedent) I was breaking up a dog fight!
It is very swolen, and I can barely move it! I think i might be pregnant so going to the DR and getting x-rays are out....
Should i wait to see if it gets better?

I woke up a few days ago and I was sure I had an ear infection so I went to one of those urgent care places. They said not really and redness or infection! Then she touched a spot by my ear- I guess its the joint for where your mouth opens? WOW did that send me thru the roof! HURTS! I cant open my mouth real wide and yawning-coughing- and chewing hurts. Could this be a broken jaw??????

Just got married, im 25, and now I have these constant headaches right behind either my forehead, temples or by my jaws. It has been constant, like night and day, no medication is helping, i'm getting ready to see my doctor today, anyone feeling the same?

I have several small hypertrophic (raised) scars on the back of my shoulder & just paid a plastic surgeon $100 for 10 min of his time for him to tell me it would cost me $3000 to have them removed. does ANYONE know anything about how else I might take care of the problem w/out the insane expense?

Is not that I don't have a heart, but her uncle got lung cancer from smoking and if i am not mistaken, the pack says "cigarettes cause cancer" and her family asked him to stop smoking long ago before he got the cancer (that's like cutting your wrists slowly over the years) .my girl and her uncle are not that close but she loves all her family. I don't want to postpone my wedding, but I don't want to make her feel bad. What do I do?

Recently about 3 months ago, I started getting some floaters in both my eye, been to 3 eye doctors that said it was nothing. But I got them out of nowhere and started off with 1 but I have about 6 of them, some are dots some look like strands of string. Is it normal to get these just out of the blue?

im not reaally scared of much. im not afraid of hieghts, snakes, the dark, aliens, clowns, lawn gnomes... im not afraid of any of them.. but the one the that creeps me out hardcore is spiders! i cant stand spiders! they scare the living sh*t out of me! i live in maryland and i know people that have been bitten by black widows and brown reculses. ive hated spiders for as long as i can remember. it doesn't matter how scared of us they are if their bite can kill you. how can i overcome my fear?
