Marriage is that stressful for you, huh? The jaw pain is probably because you are either clenching your jaw, or grinding your teeth while you're sleeping. It's caused by tension. In fact all of your headaches are probably caused by tension. Hate to say it, but probably the only thing that will "cure" you is divorce.

Well, headaches are group into 3 categories: tension headaches, cluster headaches and migraines. Each type has different symptoms and treatments. However, it sounds like you might be suffering from TMJ pain which stands for TemporoMandibular Joint Disorder. In layman's term, the temporal bone is the part of the skull right behing the ear while the mandible is the jaw. The two meet at a common joint called the temporomandibular joint. For reasons not fully understood, a small portion of people suffer moderate to severe pain at this joint. The pain can radiate and spread to the rest of the head - like in your case your forehead. There are several different treatments available. Ask your doctor about the possibility of TMJ pain. Below is a link for more information about TMJ pain

I used to have terrible headaches until I discovered Excedrin. It's wonderful, my headaches go away in about 15 minutes.
Maybe the whole marriage thing is giving you stress.
