I've had problems in the past with being stressed causing me to have problems with my ears, I had earaches and dizziness that couldn't be explained. Now that I'm stressed again it's causing me to have prolonged postpartum bleeding and more dizziness. The problem is I'm stressed because I want to lose weight and I can't exercise to lose the weight because I'm still having postpartum bleeding because of the stress. How can I get the stress to go away so everything can get better?

You just need to realize this will take time. If you allow yourself
to do this in a timely manner. You can get rid of the stress when
you learn to relax. You don't have to be relaxed 100% of the time, just start out slow & soon you will be much calmer. Try to relax
by sitting down on the floor( because this is your place to relax)
Breathe slowly in and breath slowly out. Do this about 20 times. If you can do this a couple times a day it will help.
Everyone is stressed sometime. I used to be a lot. I was somewhat today, but I knew that I would handle it. My Father in law had surgery and I could not be there. He is going to be alright. Also walking is a great stress buster. You need to get calmed and over the dizziness first tho. Good luck to you!

work around the problem, and think about the mechanics of it all. OK, tall job, start with leg lifts, slowly do sets of 10 then roll over and do 10 on the other leg, will tone and relax you. leg circles, go walking(wear maxi long pad) and relax. The 2nd part about mechanics was about why your body dose what it dose. when you stress, you raise your blood pressure and that will cause ringing in the ears and ear are where dizzy comes from too. see the pattern yet? low blood sugar(starving yourself) has dizzy as a side effect too. please eat good foods because you have just put your body through hell(well you did) and you must rebuild a strong body not just a skinny one.

Women exercise through their periods all the time. Post-partum is no exception. Try joining one of those Moms and Tots exercise classes. It will help relieve your stress because you'll have other Moms to talk to.

Check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org. The stress, and the hormonal changes of pregnancy may have induced a low blood sugar condition.

first, you need to calm down. instead of doing aerobics or weight lifting, do yoga. it's more relaxing and calming than vigorous exercise. also, you might want to eat healthier. unfortunately, you're not rich like the people on TV after giving birth their bodies go back to normal because of surgery or expensive trainers. take it slow. have a regular schedule for exercise and eating healthy. g'd luck.

stress specifically influences disease susceptibility. they inhibit IL-12, TNF-alpha, and INF-gamma, but upregulate IL-10, IL-4, and TGF-beta production (in general cytokine, that fight disease).
