The pitch can be surgically altered and a voice coach may be able to help with pitch and delivery. Other than that, there's not much you can safely do to change the quality.

I didn't like the sound of my voice and i changed it.

When i first heard my voice in a recording not only i didn't recognize it and laugh at it of embarrassment, i was horrified and became very insecure and did not want to speak.
Since i was so determined to change it ,I started to listen to others and created my personal style. It took me a lot of practice and patience with myself.i started by breathing correctly and relaxing my jaw and my throat, gargling w warm water and honey. I moderated the tone. i refrained from screaming or talking loud.I smiled as i spoke. i practiced reading a newspaper out loud to myself so i could hear myself and decided if i really liked it. I got a recoding machine and tape my conversations with my friends and family. Then i reviewed and decided what to use and what to drop. In a very short time I started to get compliments from everyone i mean everyone, dates ? i can not even begin to tell you, friends, family. jobs I get in 10 minutes.once you decide your style, re-assure yourself and practice. practice makes perfect. I get compliments on my voice all the time and get people to do what i want .Is great ! A good sign that you are aquiring a great voice is when everyone shuts up when you start talking. People start smiling and looking at your face in silence and actually want to hear YOU !

last tip:
The sound should come mostly from your mouth and not so much from your nose, keep, mouth throat and lips moisten! I strongly believe almost everyone has a nice voice, Also the attitude you put in it, changes it. Make an effort to genuinely put a touch of kindness, clarity, friendliness, politeness and all those nice things. if you do , you will be very happy with your voice.
good luck !!!

I guess it depends on what you hate about it. The pitch, how high or low your voice is, is controlled by how long your vocal chords are. It's kind of like guitar strings-the tighter they are, the higher the pitch. You cannot surgically change those. The only thing you can do is learn how to breathe correctly, and speak from your diaphragm, similar to singing lessons, only speaking lessons. Hope you do well!!

What do you hate about? There are voice coaches out there who can work with you, but they are expensite. They usually work with people who underwent sex reassignment surgery and are looking to sound more like the sex they've changed into. There are also hormones but they may change more than the voice...

The only way to have your voice changed would be to surgically altered by Doctors or take voice lessons! If you are still young, your voice would change as you get older.
