Go to the dr, anyway. x-rays are only out if "medically unnecessary"- like dental check-ups, etc. The dr may be able to make a diagnosis and fix the joint w/ o x-rays, anyway. If you don't get that looked at asap, the bone(s) could heal incorrectly, permanently damaging the straightness of your fingers, and causing long-term problems like pain and arthritis...

You should get it checked out. And I was preggo at 2 months and was in a car accident. They still did x-rays on me. They will cover you with a lead vest to protect the baby. Go get it checked out before it gets worse.

If you can Move it at all, even with pain, it may be only sprained. If broken I don't think it would move one iota.
I have a nice "fat" knuckle. I think I broke it playing baseball as a kid, just let it heal and it built up calcium.

You can still get an xray even if you are pregnant. You just have to tell the radiologist and they'll put a lead apron on you. You have to get it xrayed.
