I'm 24, and when I try to go to bed it usually takes me hours to fall asleep, and when I do, I find it extremely hard to wake up, somtimes I dont even hear the alarm. This has caused me to have a terrible biological clock, and my intire life for that matter. This has been going on for a couple of years, I tried the whole doing sports befor sleep, not drinking coffee or coke 4 hours prior to sleep, and I somtimes took the advise of a doctor telling me to try out panadol night or some cough syrup that would help me sleep, but it didnt help...does anyone have any good advice on what to do, or a website that could give me some good info? truly appreciated
